Avoid - terrible customer service - Had minor correction required (Dash indicator warning light) and was told to have it repaired and return to show the light is no longer illuminated and they would sign off on the Inspection. NO MENTION WAS MADE AN APPOINTMENT WAS NECESSARY, as it was only a few minutes to view dashboard and sign off. Not to mention their ad, it says Vous pouvez bénéficier de nos services avec ou sans rendez-vous Upon the minor repair, I returned for the brief inspection and was turned away saying I needed to call for an appointment. I WAS AT THE FACILITY, BUT HAD TO PHONE FOR AN APPOINTMENT. Proceeded with the ridiculous phone call, they gave me an end of day appointment for the following day. Due to the transportation strike and road blockage, I arrived 7 minutes late. and was told they would not view my car that day due to Planning. there was one customer and at least two people in the facility, sitting around in the office. The individual had spent more time telling why he would not sign off my vehicle than it would have taken someone to do it. Normally I would understand, if I was initially told an appointment is required, but I wasn't and had lost two hours in travel time and a full day of my planned departure, to say the least I was extremely irritated. No offer for accomodation was made, i.e. if you wait around we will see what we can do... just to your 7-minutes Late and the road blockage is NOT MY PROBLEM -- Those words summarizes their Customer Service... I have had approximately 10-15 control techniques performed at various facilities, and not once have I been treated this way. NEVER AGAIN with Securetest, I post this in English, to warn other Angolphones. No doubt they will reply with some excuse. I wouldn't have spent so much time writing a negative review if any of their excuses are justified if you look at their ad it says
